For 5 years, Samir, Mehdi and I David have shared a roommate home. It is located in a cosmopolitan and lively neighborhood in Paris. We decided to rent out one of our rooms and meet guests, just like you maybe!
You will therefore have your private room and other shared rooms! Rest assured, we will respect your privacy and autonomy!
FYI, we have a sublime view of the Seine-Saint-Denis, and the City of Science.
The space
Our duplex is a haven of greenery. It is composed of an equipped kitchen, a living/dining room, a toilet and a balcony then upstairs with 2 bedrooms separated by a hallway and a shared bathroom.
The apartment is on the 6th floor which gives it breathtaking views of the Seine-Saint-Denis from your bedroom and the City of Science from the balcony.
The room is equipped with a 140×90 bed, a desk and a TV.
We put clean sheets and pillows.
The bathroom is on the first floor, near your bedroom.
Guest access
You’ll have access to every room except my room, and during your stay we won’t have access to your room.
The bathroom and toilet are shared.
We’ve got you covered with you.
We do not smoke, but you can if you want to smoke on the balcony.
During your stay
Samir or Medhi may welcome you when I’m on the road.
But, I can still be reached at any time and you will be notified if that is the case!
Other things to note
We are two minutes from the Porte de la Villette metro station ( Line 7 ) and the T3 Bis tram.
If you come by vehicle and you need parking, we may ask the neighbor for a parking space for extra charge.
Concert rooms: It’s a ten-minute walk from the Zénith, as well as Cabaret Sauvage and Glasart.
Monuments: Châtelet in 35 minutes via subway line 7.
Sacré-Cœur 20 minutes by subway lines 7 and 2.
Dynamic neighborhood with the banks of the Canal Saint Martin at 10 minute walk!
